Overall, the case is of typical OB quality and does what it’s supposed to do. I am a fan of the pop-socket. I hadn’t used one in a long time and forgot what it was like to have one, this reminded me how convenient it is. The integration is very nice and looks like it should be there. There’s no real bulge or inconvenience. I will say it’s a bit of a challenge to change the pop socket if you want to customize it. I’ve found it’s infinitely easier to change without the phone in the case.
Now, the real reason it’s just OK. I drive a Toyota Tacoma which has a built in wireless charger. This case DOES NOT work with this charger. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient. I have not tested on any other wireless chargers, but since I spend so much time in the car, this may be a deal breaker eventually. For now, I am conceding the fact it won’t charge in my car without a cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The case is nice, seems to protect the phone just fine. Is extremely difficult to put on the phone. The phone will not charge on Qi in my vehicle, even if I take the “pop” off. Very disappointed. Tempted to return it, but can’t get my phone out.

The good news is, we have a simple tip to make that work a bit better! We usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved. My pop socket doesn’t work properly

I bought it almost 2 months ago and my pop socket is loose or just broken because I can’t use it as a stander to prop up my phone from the day I got it. I thought maybe it was the fact that I have the iPhone max but I tested out my husbands otter pop socket and it is a lot more durable and the “pop-ability” on his is beyond better than mines.
