Bought this looking for the perfect case. Pop Socket is cool but short and doesn’t hold phone up to stream. Also cover does not work with Apple Qi Charger or others that I have. After contacting customer service, they said it works by their testing. I have don’t everything, does not work even with the high end chargers. It will protect your phone...

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with wireless charging in your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! While that case is Qi charging compatible, we do recommend removing the PopTop for the best charging experience. We've also found some chargers tend to work better than others, so you may notice a different charger suits you best. While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.

I bought this assuming the pop symmetry would be able to be used as a stand for my phone. It will not hold up my phone. It just tips over.

Had this case for a month now. Definitely looks cool five stars. The pop out is cool. But the phone is so big it doesn’t make a the greatest case stand. The pop out helps to keep the phone in your hand, again the size of the phone hinders user performance but that is not the case the fault. Great Fall protection, my kid drops it all the time
