I returned it immediately. The rubber is a different compound than all of the other otter boxes I’ve ever had and it was slippery and hard to hold. The pop socket did not come out far enough for me to get my fingers behind. The pop socket did not work well as a kickstand, you had to manipulate the socket to just the right angle for it to stand up. It DID NOT support wireless charging with or without the pop socket on. I returned it the next day and am currently waiting on a refund. This is the only otter box I’ve ever had issue with but to me it seemed like a great idea but it turned out to be just that...only a great idea
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been a OtterBox fan for years with all my iphones generally the defender or commuter series but I needed a pop up with my iphone 12 Pro Max. So I purchased the Symmetry but found out I can not get my phone in it. My husband tried, friend tried, but it will not fit into the case. Of course, this happened after I had thrown away box not thinking there could possibly be a problem. So phone is back in it's recently purchased Commuter series case and I don't have a pop up. (I had thumb surgery a couple months ago and can't hold the big Pro Max for more than a few moments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! Doesn’t wireless charg

The case is great I really like it however the wireless charging feature that is well known with the phone does not work. If you never have an expectation to wireless charge the Greeks case if you would like to use wireless charging this is not the case for you.

The case has been tested and confirmed compatible with Qi wireless technology, however, results may vary depending on what charger is being used. In addition, it should help if you take that PopGrip off while transferring power. Wish I had known it doesn’t wireless charge

I had this case with my iPhone XS Max and it wireless charged beautifully. I thought it would do the same with the IPhone 12 Pro Max and it definitely doesn’t. Very disappointed.

My wife has had this case fir under a month and it's already yellowing and looking really ugly! Tried doing a warranty claim and it's impossible to complete the unfriendly system.. Stay away!!!

The color, size, and look of this product is appealing and as expected. I am a little disappointed that the case is not magsafe as advertised, even with the pop socket removed it does not take charge wirelessly. I like that this case has the pop socket built in because it gives it a sleek look and also allows you to change with interchangeable pop sockets for a new look.

Love the case but don’t work w/ wireless charger

I LOVE the built in pop socket. However the only reason I bought the case was so I didn’t have to keep taking my old case with a standalone pop socket off to wirelessly charge. I bought this for my 12 Pro Max and with the case on, none of my old wireless chargers will now work with this new case. Very disappointing.

I purchased this case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I love the size of my phone, but it is a bit large for my hand. Enter in the Otterbox Popsocket case! This makes carrying and taking photos so much easier. It also protects my phone. Thank you Otterbox!
