This is my third pop symmetry case and I love them. I love the option to hold your phone regularly without the pop socket protruding or to use the pop socket. Please bring back the cheetah print for the 12 pro max!

i couldn't get it on. i watched a youtube vid to see if there was a trick. the girl struggled with it too before pausing her vid, then started it again after the case was on. i had it several days before a pro woodworker friend offered to try. he said he had to use one of his specialized tools to shoehorn it on without scratching the phone. now i guess it is on permanently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! This is my 3rd of 4th otterbox and I love it…the pop socket is extremely useful - and it’s built in. My wife has this case for the iPhone 11 Pro max so I got it for my 12 pro max

This is my third Otterbox purchase and each one has lasted me until I upgraded my phone. I particularly like the Symmetry line because it is sturdy and slim. I like that this model comes with the pop button built in but because I've never used a pop button before I didn't realize that they can be interchangeable. If you aren't able to order the pop design you want at the same time as the case then just know that you can order it separate because they are removable/changable.

I bought the case about a month or so ago. I was unsure if i would like it with the pop socket on there, but its honestly really nice. I do have to remove the pop socket for the wireless charging to work, but with as easy as it is to remove its not a huge deal. The drop protection works as i have dropped my phone a few times. Solid case, Easily worth the money.
