I want to love it

I bought this for the new iPhone 12 pro max. I really love the case and design. I’ve dropped it a couple of times. It’s not broken yet. The biggest flaw is that I can’t charge my phone on the pop wireless charger. For some reason, even when it is positioned at the center of the phone, it never gets fully charged. I’m really bummed because I want to love this case but now I can’t use the wireless charger I bought only a few months ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered this for the iPhone 12 mini and they sent the wrong size. Contacted them and they refunded my money. I reordered the corrected size and am waiting to see if they send the correct size this time.

Purchased as a gift for a new IPhone 12. Looks and fits great but pop feature in back does not come out far enough to be comfortable. Also DOES NOT charge on charger pad with the case on. I believe the pop feature prevents this so I still need wire charger. Very annoying and disappointing. Does Otterbox have a remedy for this?
