Had one for my iPhone X when it came out. Loved the case. My favorite. Had one for the iPhone 11 and the quality had changed. Now for my iPhone 12 Pro the buttons are impossible to press and the case moves and feels cheaply made. Use to be my favorite case but not anymore. Just disappointed.

I run a high end hunting and fishing retreat, that means i drop my phone in the marsh, on the trails, out of deer stands...Life Proof cases have saved my iPhones on a fair share of occasions. This next case fit the phone like a glove...Thank you for an amazing product!
I purchased for about a month ago and I finally put it on my phone and it did not fit my son I tried to call couple times and I have not been able to get through

I bought my case for iPhone 12 Pro and the buttons of volume and turn on/off are very hard... I need push its very strong..!!!

We're so sorry you're having some trouble with the buttons on this NËXT case. New cases require a period of consistent use to break things in. Buttons may be stubborn at first, but they should warm up after a couple of weeks.

I bought this case because one of my friends recommended but when I received the case, it wasn’t properly fitting the phone and kept on making squeaking noises on the sides. Not what I expected form life proof.
