I have tried other phone cases before and had bad luck, a good friend told me to try a lifeproof phone case and I haven’t bought any other types of cases sense!! I would recommend these to everyone looking for a great durable phone case. I think that these are very reasonably priced for the quality.

This is my third Lifeproof case. Not only have they protected my phones from hard drops or water, but when there is a problem they send a new case no questions asked. Even when my phone was stolen they sent me a free new case free for the replacement iPhone. Can’t beat that!!!

Got my new iPhone 12, got my beautiful Lifeproof Next to match. I didn’t realize it had dropped on the garage floor when I was leaving. I pulled out of the garage, saw my phone lying on the concrete, and nearly had a heart attack, OH NO, MY BRAND NEW PHONE!!
No worries, my case saved everything! No breakage, no cracks, no problem! Now that is one heck of a testament to the greatness of Lifeproof products! THANK YOU!!!

Love to look at, could be better functionally

The only downfall is that the volume buttons are extremely hard to push.

I had a lifeproof case for my last phone and I loved the look and protection for the many times I dropped it. The case for my new phone is SO difficult to press the buttons! Pressing two buttons for a screenshot takes such an effort I will probably go buy a cheaper case so I can properly use my new phone.

The last Lifeproof case I bought was awesome, it worked well and snapped on perfectly. Considering that I thought it would be awesome to get one for my new 12 pro but it hasn’t been. The lower left side of the case does not snap firmly, it squishes and squeaks. I dropped it once thinking it was on securely and the case popped off half way. I had them sent me a warranty replacement and the replacement case did the same exact thing. My friends case is doing the same thing. I am disappointed with the cases this time around and wonder if I should have waited longer to buy a case.
I would still recommend the case because of the coverage it give when it’s on but would exercise caution to not drop it as roughly as someone may have done previous versions.

Case is solid but buttons are super hard to push

I’ve been a lifeproof case user for over 5 years. I don’t think I’ll ever trust another company because lifeproof has never let me down. My phones get dropped more often than I want to admit but I never worry if anything is cracked or broken because lifeproof is the best in the business. While I do love this case for my iPhone 12 Pro, my only complaint is the volume and the screen on/off buttons are super hard to push. Maybe the case buttons need to break in, but other than that the case is fantastic.
Pros: Running, Snowboarding, Hiking, Surfing
