I like the case for my iPhone 12 pro for its protection, clear back and ease of holding. I’m disappointed that the volume buttons are so difficult to press through the case. I’m also not sure how long the flap for the charging cord will stay connected.

I wasn’t thrilled about the lack of color options for this case. Mostly important, you can’t flip the ringer on/silent switch with this case on, so the phone has to be in silent whenever in this case.

I work in the hot sun, dirt, mud, bushes and trees. I’ve continuously bought Lifeproof cases for all of my iPhones, they have never left me down. This case is well made and offers a good amount of protection. The buttons are firm and the rubber surround helps a lot. No problems with sound and not a scratch on the body of my iPhone 12 Pro. The best part is the warranty, if anything happens with the case may it be fitment or premature wear, they replace it no questions asked for the cost of shipping.. great company that stands by their product and I’ll happy buy more as I need them for myself and my landscaping crews.. Thanks a bunch Lifeproof

I bought my first Next case a few years ago. Loved it. Never had an issue. I bought one for my new iPhone 12 Pro and had to return it because I could not get the volume up/down buttons to work. I bought a second one, thinking it was just a glitch. Sadly, the side buttons were almost impossible to press, but if I used two hands I could sometimes make it function. After a few days I gave up and sent back. Waiting on my refund. Really disappointed as I feel they are great solid cases that offer exactly the protection I want. Hoping Lifeproof comes up with a newer, improved version ASAP.

the case is slim and elegant however the volume buttons become almost unusable with it. might try to find a better case. really hesitant too look though because i love the brand and as i said the case itself other than the volume buttons is absolutely perfect. i feel like it may be installed wrong causing the issue but i can’t find any instructions to better install it.

I’d love to give it 5 stars but the buttons (power, volume) on this model are exceptionally hard to use. We’ve had other Lifeproof cases in the past never with this uncomfortable stiffness in the button features.
