It’s good, not great

I bought this in October or November. I liked that they centered the pop socket this time, compared to the iPhone 11 versions. however, I’m having trouble with the power button. I can’t tell if I’ve pressed it or not unless I see the screen go black. The volume buttons are fine, I can feel the little click, but I can’t with the power button. I’ve taken the case off thinking it might have been the phone, but it’s not. I figured this was normal and have just dealt with it all this time, but it’s really starting to annoy me. So I thought to check on the site. I’ve scrolled through reviews to see if anyone else has reported about this problem, but they haven’t, so maybe I got a defective case? Is anyone else having this problem? Other than that, and the discolouration which is normal, it’s a good case, very protective.

I received my case a week ago and I be returning it for the sole reason that it does not work with the Apple Wireless charging station. I have tried every time I have needed to charge my iPhone12.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

I have been buying OtterBox cases for years this is the first time I have been this disappointed. This case is not as advertised I recently bought a supposedly compatible wireless charger when it wouldn’t work I thought it was the charger and I replaced it but the only way this charger will work is if I take my device out of the case which is not what is advertised. And the volume buttons and the on off button is difficult requires a lot of pressure to get them to work. Sometimes when I use a plug-in charger I have to reposition the plug-in before it will finally work there seems to be some obstruction with the case allowing the the plug to go into the phone also it shows that the pop-up is removable it is not I also bought a amplify blue light screen protector and it has proven to be less durable than the cheaper ones that I have used in the past I will not be purchasing Otterbox products againNot only because of the disappointment in the quality but the lack of support I have gotten no matter how many times I’ve tried to reach out to Otterbox.

I love otter box cases and this one is no exception. With that being said I would like to add that there is one downfall. I can't charge my phone on my car charger any longer. The back being more bulky prevents the charging while lying flat. I now have to plug my phone in.

Very happy I got this case. Wanted a case with a pop socket attached. It's perfect for my Iphone 12Pro. I can change out the pop socket. It's very light which is a HUGE bonus from other OtterBox Cases I've used in the past. Would easily get again if needed!

I bought this phone case for my iPhone 8 and loved it. Didn’t have issues with the pop socket but this time with my iPhone 12 Pro, the pop socket will randomly pop off when going in and out of my pocket and it doesn’t sit on a wireless charger to actually charge.
