I have waited a while to write this review because I was Hoping I’d fall in love with it. I haven’t. I LOVE the symmetry series. It’s slim and strong. I bought this because I wanted A pop socket so it made sense. The case is not the same. It is significantly bulkier. It’s so disappointing, I wish I had Ordered the case and attached my own pop socket.

I had the similar case for iPhone X and it worked well with my wireless charger. I saw reviews that this didn’t work with the wireless charger, but since my previous one did I expected this would be no different. Not sure what they changed, but it does not work with a wireless charger despite claims that it does. I have to remove the pop socket in order to use the charger. Will probably return it.

Additionally, we recommend OtterBox Power accessories for best wireless charging experience, though there are plenty of non-OtterBox charging pads that perform well with our cases. Love this case BUT...

I love how pretty this case is BUT it yellows over time. I’ve had this case for about 6 months and it started to change in about a months worth of time. It’s just the rubber frame around the screen that changes color, the rest of the case is fine.

Very Disappointed

I'm so upset with this. My iPhone 12 pro fell from my hands while shopping, and the back of my phone completely shattered. I've had Otterbox cases in the past, and this has never happened. the fall resulted in one crack in the case, and the entire back of the phone shattered.

Although we put each of our case designs through extensive drop testing to ensure they'll be up to the challenge, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk. The case is pretty and durable. The pop socket in the back is useful. Too bad it didn’t work with my old wireless charger nor the MagSafe:(. Not the end of the world but that’s a minus 1 star for me.
I had to return it. I was excited to get a case with the pop built in, but they way it’s made it’s uncomfortable to fit your fingers under the pop. The case also had a yellow tint to it I wasn’t expecting. I sent it back and bought a regular clear otter box in stores.

I like the translucency of this phone case because my blue iPhone shows. And when I use the flashlight it kind of glows. I am a glitter girl at heart and like the pop socket that is built in and practically flush with the back so it lays better than the old stick on poppers. Also you can change the pop socket face whenever you want which makes it a flexible accessory for my mood or a specific event. I remember when phone cases first came out they were very industrial and hideous. I am glad they realized not everyone digs that look.
The case looks great with the blue iPhone 12. When I took it out of the package and barely pulled on the pop socket to the extend it (didn’t even put it on my phone yet) the pop socket fell off, the plastic part where it attaches to the other plastic piece that holds it in the phone case separated. It didn’t even look like the fit together. When I tried contacting the company no one responded. So I just superglued it in frustration.
The case is great pop socket part is cheap.
