While we did design that case with wireless charging in mind, we do recommend removing the PopTop for improved charging functionality. Additionally, some chargers perform better with our cases than others, and we've found that OtterBox Power options tend to lead to the best charging experience with an OtterBox case. Favorite Clear Case

Overall I love this case. I always buy clear cases and throw a pop socket on it, both of which usually have to be replaced frequently. The Otterbox solves that though! It’s durable and hasn’t started that gross yellow fading (going on 3 months). My only gripe is the pop socket is a little rigid and so after a while of holding my phone my index finger and/or middle finger starts getting irritated. Some padding or something would make it more comfortable.

Finally received this product after it took an incredibly long time to ship. The concept is great, but the execution defeats the purpose of having a pop socket altogether. The indent in the back allows the socket and phone to lie flat, but there is no extra length when it is expanded to make room for a normal sized adult finger. It’s really uncomfortable to use and is unsteady when you try to prop it up using the pop socket. Definitely not worth the cost of this case or the multiple weeks of waiting to get it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved.
