Poor Case

I purchased this case with my new Iphone 12 pro. In a fairly short time, the edge material turned brown. It was replaced but has done the same thing again. Now after a drop, the whole back of my phone is shattered. 4 months until my phone is paid off so hoping the shattered glass will stay intact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My phone Shattered

My phone shattered when my phone fell from my hand. I am really upset. I thought this case would help since it is bulkier than other cases.

I usually don't write reviews, but was very upset to find that the back of my iphone 12 shattered while using the otter box Pop Symmetry case. I have not been able to get my phone to charge wirelessly since getting the case, but that is something I was ok dealing with. Unfortunately at work tonight a wireless charger was the only thing available and when I took off the case I discovered the back of my phone was shattered. This is the first time I've taken the case off since putting it on over a year ago, and the back of my phone wasn't cracked when I put on the case. I'm hoping it is just the pop symmetry series - I have had great experiences with otter box in the past but am now hesitant to use another otter box

I've had this case now for a couple of weeks for my new iPhone 12 Pro, so far so good. My biggest worry is that it may yellow because of the clear case but we shall see ... I would've given it 5-stars if it weren't for the fact that it was a little cumbersome getting the phone in (which could technically be a good thing), but so far with regards to the protection - it is solid. I like that the case does cover all edges and there is no room for budging and/or slippage of the phone.
I've always been happy with my other otterbox cases. I do like that it showcases the beauty of the new phone color ... and having a exchangeable/removable popsocket is a plus.
I do worry about wireless charging - I don't feel that this case is made for it (due to thickness).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my sons new IPHONE 12 PRO expecting that it would work with the MagSafe charger as it stated it would. But it absolutely does NOT. so that was very disappointing. Besides that of course I love the case. It's otterbox afterall!

The popsocket is actually to small to hold up the iPhone 12 pro. It constantly falls over and almost damaged my phone several times because of it.

This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. It is very nice, well made case. It provides great protection to my new phone. I do wish the pop socket feature was a little lower on the back of the phone. It would be a more comfortable hold. Overall great though
