I am so glad I bought this case. The built-in popsocket grip makes the whole case less bulky than attaching the grip. It is centered and I have the iPhone 12 pro, so for me the location is perfect. The only downside is that on my car mount, it doesn’t fit snugly the way the other PopSockets do, because the popsocket fits flatter due to the built-in design. So I just pop it a little, and it fits, it’s just loose if that makes sense. Regardless it’s a small adjustment and totally worth it!

I bought this to protect my new iPhone 12, but I’m a little disappointed in it. It just doesn’t have the same feel as the Otter + Pop I had on my iPhone 11. I also have trouble getting it to charge wirelessly, which was never a problem my iPhone 11 and I’m still using the same charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was told that you can charge the phone on the wireless pad charger. You actually can NOT unless you twist off the pop and then you have to maneuver it just right. I still like this case those as it seems strong like all the other otter box cases I’ve had before.

Rubber bumper discoloration

I figured this would happen and I wiped my phone case regularly but the clear rubber has turned yellow , the protection is flawless.

Edge discoloration

I was so excited for this case when I got it in January. But I’m less than a month I’m super disappointed. The edge of the case & the pop socket have slowly turned a red color. i would definitely not get a clear once again.

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! If you run into any other issues with your case, please don't hesitate to give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you helped out.

Is definitely NOT wireless charging compatible

The whole reason I purchased this case is because I love Otterbox and I love Popsockets, so the two just made sense. I wanted something I could take the popsocket off to charge on my wireless chargers. It did not work. I tried with 3 different chargers. Im now debating going to just an otterbox with no popsocket so that I can use my wireless charger, or going back to plugging in my phone, which is counterintuitive to having an iPhone 12 pro with wireless charging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
