Great ice cream maker

Quiet and makes large quantities quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice cream maker has been so much fun for my whole family. It has such a huge capacity, making it perfect for large family gatherings. We followed the recipe for vanilla ice cream that came in the included recipe book, and everyone loved it, although I considered it to be a bit too sweet. The ice cream maker has a classic look with the wooden slats that cover up the exterior of the machine. It is much quieter than any ice cream maker we have used in the past; we were surprised at how quiet this machine was compared to others. It also works very quickly, making a gallon of soft set ice cream completed in less than one hour. It becomes firmer ice cream after placing it in the freezer for a while. Overall, I would recommend this ice cream machine to anyone, especially those who need to make larger quantities of ice cream for big gatherings and events.
