Smooth ice cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Elite gourmet old fashioned ice cream maker. Makes smooth ice cream that tastes great! Have tried two of the recipes that came in the instruction manual and loved both of them! I love that it comes with a lid that fits on the freezing bucket so I don’t have to transfer to another container.

Makes Delicious Ice Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is pretty straightforward and easy to use. You can cut the recipes in half as well. We split our full batch and made 2 different kinds of ice cream. You can also make sorbet, gelato and frozen yogurt. The one thing I do not like is the that the only way to turn it on and off is to plug it in or unplug it. I wish it had an on and off switch. You can tell when the ice cream is ready because the motor starts to work harder because it’s getting thicker. It’s nice because you can store the ice cream in the cylinder you make it in. Super easy to clean as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great ice cream maker. It is so easy to use. You put the paddle on, and plug it in and go. It is also very easy to clean! There isn't any little peice parts that will get lost or break. This thing barely makes any noise!!!

Great family fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute kitchen accessory. Super easy setup. Very quiet and easy to use. Instructions were easier than I expected. Friends with other one have to baby sit their ice cream makers. Not this one. Super easy clean up, I wish I could leave it do dry on its own but towel drying is quick. Ice cream in less than an hour. Great impromptu party!

It also comes with a lid for the container that goes in the freezer. This is probably the fastest ice cream maker I have used. It is great quality.

The process was very easy and fun for our whole family. I was really pleased that there were so many recipes in the booklet to choose from. I'm now officially addicted and can never have store bought again.

Brings back childhood memories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice cream maker is so much fun! The one I had as a child was hand crank so it being electric is a added bonus! The first treat I made in it was for girls night in. Ironically it wasn't ice cream, we made sorbet! It turned out so good and only took about 45 minutes from start to finish. We put the ingredients in before dinner and by the time we were ready for dessert this was done. I cannot wait to make ice cream in this for the kids once the summer hits. We will be using this for years to come. I love the idea of home made treats since you know what exactly is going into it.
