Stop working after 3 years

We installed it in July 2019, we noticed it keeps running recently, it won't stop, we put thermometers in both freezer componet and refrig component. The freezer is OK, but the temperature in refrig won't go down, it was around 10C.
The warrenty from Bosch is just 1 year, fortunately we bought 4 year extened service from another company. A technician came/checked and told us, they need to order parts, we have to wait for weeks.
The refrig is getting worse, the temperature in it is around 15C no matter how long it is running, so the whole refrigerator won't stop. While we are wating for someone to fix the problem, we have to keep on putting frozen water bottles into refrig component to cool it down.
Terrible experience, very disappointed.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the nice clean looks. The Home Connect app is a bit spotty but when it works, it is nice to have. The bins are a bit small but that is the price you pay for a french door. I like the way the freezer compartment is arranged. I love the round shape of the ice cubes. All in all we are pleased.

Poor Design

The wide drawers are not efficient. I hate having to open both doors just to pop something back in! Makes no sense. I'd be interested in getting replacement drawers if I could so that I could just open one drawer for the side that I need to take something out or putting it back in. Is that possible?

YOU BROKE MY FRIDGE!!!

Not sure what happened with this brand but it's become extremely disappointing. Please see my experience so far.
BENCHMARK BUILT IN FRIDGE:
For all the FRIENDS TV show fans out there I feel like screaming at BOSCH and say “YOU BROKE MY FRIDGE” in Joey’s voice. This hunk of junk starting giving me issues after 2 years and it completely broke down and is not repairable after 4 years. Called/emailed Bosch dozens of times they mentioned a possible rebate towards a new fridge but won't replace it because it's already 4 years old. It’s been nearly 2 months and they went radio silent on me with no response to action and I have NO WORKING FRIDGE, had to buy a temporary replacement until this gets sorted. Hoping this review gets their attention to respond to me. Crazy to think how my old fridge at $1,000 lasted 15+ years. You would think buying a $10k fridge it would be get you passed 4 years. Now I'm stuck buying the exact replacement at $10k because there aren't many options for my built in cut out and want to avoid reconfiguring my kitchen cabinets to fit in a different fridge.

Ready for this? This was a fun experience, it somehow malfunctioned and went into self clean mode and was jammed on the locked setting. Best part was that I had all my usable pans in there and couldn’t get to them. I guess take out food it is. I was magically able to MacGyver it open with a clothes hanger, it was a proud moment in my life especially since the repair guy gave up. Once unlocked we had to keep in open until we changed the motherboard on the unit for a sweet $400+ with labor.

BENCHMARK DISHWASHER:
This has been the reoccurring nightmare and hopefully I wake up soon. Every couple of months I get an error code that results in a $200+ repair. Repair guy told me to throw this piece of trash out and just buy a new one. First it leaked, then it leaked again then the door spring broke, then it leaked again. Anyone want to guess what happens next?

At least I made a new friend with the repair guy, I have seen him more times then some family members.
I don’t want to jinx it but so far the induction cooktop and steam oven have been the only 2 appliances that have been hassle free.

Beautiful looking fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge installed for about a year now. It still looks amazing, the stainless steel is very resilient to finger prints and other markings. Having the compressor not visible from the front really makes this appliance a statement piece in our kitchen. As you open up the fridge you will notice a massive freezer with plenty of storage, and the ice cubes it produce are these nice little cubes that everyone seems to really love. The fridge itself however doesn't have the most storage, as all counter depth refrigerators, it just isn't very deep, most people shopping for counter depth should be aware of that, however, This fridge is able to make up for a lot of that with its hight. Overall, we are very happy with our Bosch built in refrigerator and our entire Bosch line of appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointing

I am very unhappy with this refrigerator. I paid almost $8,000 extra for the option of getting this built-in from the developer of my new house ( Irvine Pacific). I hope they will agree to replace it with another brand.
This unit does not have much room inside. It has bulky heavy doors. The door mounted shelves are very narrow. A lot of bottom of this refrigerator is taken up by the equipment. Very dissatisfied.
