Don't make our mistake

so we bought this brand new just a month ago to go with our jet 90. everything was going great till we needed to change the bag and then like everyone else here we discovered that samsung had stabbed us in the back...
that's right they choose to sell a product they knew they were no longer supporting and our clean station is a plant stand because we can no longer find bags.
i mean no where... they don't exist anymore and the best you can do is try to take some other company's bag and try to engineer it to work on your station which surprise... it doesn't very well.
i have a whole home of samsung gear from tv's to a refrigerator but this has left such a bad taste that i think i'm done with the brand as a whole...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked until the dust bin broke, now useless

came with a dustbin with a dustbin made to use with the clean station, that broke and i haven't been able to get a replacement. without it, the clean station is completely useless.

I loved this product when I first bought it because it worked perfectly. As I continued to use it, I realized that the suction generally is not strong enough to pull hair from the center of the canister being emptied. Additionally, the light never went off to let me know that the fust bag was full, but it became apparent by the smell of hot dirt/dust when the station would suck in the canister. As I emptied it, I realized I only had the 1 extra bag that my station came with and once I went through that, the machine became non-operable. You MUST have a bag to run this machine, but they are not available and have not been available for over a year. There are also no re-usable or off-brand options that could be purchased in the meantime. I would rate this product higher if I could actually use it, but I cannot.

Don't Buy This. They Don't Have Bags for it

i was super excited to get this cleaning station. that was short lived. the product does work the way it is described. but they don"t have bags to replace once its full. this makes the whole product useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely takes the hassle out of cleaning/emptying the vacuum, which has always been a cumbersome chore. No setup required. But now, with the vacuum, you have to use the dustbin that came with the cleaning station, which then makes the dustbin that came with the vacuum redundant. When the dustbin is placed on the station all the dust is emptied in a super safe way into a dust bag. Eventually the dust bag will need to be replaced. There is one extra dust bag in the box. Cool idea!

I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN, SAMSUNG HAS BAD RELIABILITY

Bought the Jet 90 Complete w/cleaning Station in September 2021. Everything went very well until about 10 months into ownership. As many here have stated, the Cleaning Station began to loose it suction and having to physically loosen/remove nothing but lint and collected dust became a "dirty" issue.
Then last month, January 2023, the Clean Station on/off button stuck and the unit failed to engage. It's called "PLANNED OBSELENCE". These devices are designed, engineered to fail shortly before or after the warranty period! (Case in point: Family member worked for Samsung in the TV repair division and told me after leaving the company that the 32" Flat Screen TV's, and possibly more sizes, had two blue capacitors that were designed to fail 2-4 years into ownership. If your TV failed, take the back off and you will see these two capacitors. The look like they are about to explode! Sure enough, ours failed, no power and I took the back off and there they were, bulging like Jabba The Hutt's belly!) So I am not surprised that this "Cleaning Station" failed just 16 month into ownership. I should have bought the extra warranty, which I do on all our electronic acquisitions currently. Now, I will get this little cute and empathetic response that they want to discuss this with me. Why, it doesn't work, my warranty has expired and the above is just what I stated, PLANNED OBSELENCE!!! It is now JUNK!
