Brilliant idea, poor support

first this clean station idea is absolutely brilliant.
there are two versions of this clean station. the first version includes a dust but that has the trap door that works with the clean station.
they released another version of the clean station that does not include the dust bin. i'm assuming the jet vacuum's dust bin was updated with the trap door.
my issue is if you happen to be unlucky enough to get the first version and need a spare clean station dust bin, there is no possible way to order this. it's not on the spare parts site and there's no part number on the dust bin.
samsung please help me order a spare dust bin--mine is broken and it means the clean station has to be thrown away if i can't find a spare dust bin.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You bring up an important point about the updated version of the Clean Station being changed. For customers trying to get a replacement for their version of the Clean Station. I recommend visiting Samsungparts.com or try calling 800.627.4368. They should be able to help you with a replacement dust bin. ^Pat

Great concept, but lacks support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a companion for my vacuum cleaner. It is a great concept that we can empty the dust bin without worrying about the dust coming out. However, its replacement bags were impossible to buy, making it unusable after using up two bags that came with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smells after short while of using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed in the filtration system on this unit. After using for a month it started to release odor after it was done with the cycle. I changed the dust bag and still the same outcome immediately after. Was hoping for a better outcome as far as reducing the end process smells. Other than that it’s great.

Great Product. Reduce Dust while emptying Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in conjunction with the Jet 75 Stick Vacuum. This makes discarding waste from the Jet 75 a breeze. Remove canister, place in Clean Station, Clean Station empties Canister, replace canister on stick vacuum. I loved it so much I bought a second one for the other end of the house for convenience.

Hard time receiving replacement part

This Clean Station has literally been a massive paper weight in the corner of my house. The SPECIFIC dust-bin it came with cracked and no longer adheres to my vacuum. I cannot use the Clean Station without the bin and when I say months, I mean MONTHS! I've been in contact with Samsung representatives over MONTHS trying to get a replacement bin. It's so ridiculous I will more than likely have to throw this paper weight away. Super huge waste - seriously, DON'T waste your money. It was wonderful when I could use it... and I have so many brand new dust bags that I wasted money on as well. No since in investing on an item that doesn't come with replacement parts.

Lack of replacement parts!!!

It’s great but lacks replacement parts so beware.
My dustbin for my Jet 70 cracked and there is nowhere I can buy a replacement!!! So now its NOT useable with the clean station, which makes this thing useless!!!
