Works great for what it is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because I have allergies. And it works to help filter out the dust and everything when emptying the container. The reason I'm docking it a star is because the storage bag is rather small and the replacements aren't super easy to find.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago it still works great. Clean up is super easy it takes the hassle out of cleaning the vacuuming. Super easy the clean stations is just loud when used but it doesn’t last more than a min.

Works 7/10 and impossible to find a dust bag

it works on average 7/10. sometimes when there's hair tangled up inside the bin, then no matter how many times you try, it can't empty the bin and needs to be manually emptied. overall though, i don't think i can live without it once you own one!
biggest complaint though, it's impossible to purchase dust bag. i've been searching for it for months and months but it's been out of stock and there's no estimate when it will become available. it seems like it's available to purchase in south korea but not in us. i hope samsung can at least update their customers when and whether it will ever be available since it's useless without it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
