[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not our first robot vacuum. By far this one is the best!
It does not complain like some others that stop for whatever reason and you have to do something to make them go back to work. It just works, does a great job, does not bump into any furniture, detects when it's on carpet and then activates another cleaning mode automatically... Also there is a remote control and it is very easy to use. No doubt that I highly recommend this amazing robot vacuum!

Does a good job with a couple caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Robbie the Robot vac for about 2 months and it does a good job but at times I have to set it to re-map because it seems to forget my living room. Not much of an inconvenience but I want my review to be honest.

Mapping is terrible

Vacuum works very well, however, I have been using this almost a month and still can’t figure out how to map out my home. Also not able to create separate cleaning zones

Deeper cleaning Robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with this robot. Build quality is fantastic. An engineering marvel. This machine can actually replace my corded upright. Prior to this review, I ran my other newish Shark robot. Followed by the LG. The LG picked up a considerable amount of dirt and pet hair left behind by the other bot. If you are looking for a robot that does more than pick up surface dirt, this is it.
An interesting side note... The cyclone action in the dust collector bin actually spins pet hair into neat little balls ready for disposal. No need to dig them out like other cyclone vacuums.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does a good job of cleaning. This is my second machine after the first one would not connect to my wifi and I was directed to return the unit. Now with the second unit; I have had it about 3 weeks and there is an issue with the time zone for the APP being permanently set for EST and I live in PST. This is annoying in that it affects the scheduling for cleaning sessions on the APP. LG Smart ThinQ product care are aware of the problem yet have been unable thus far to fix it.
Pros: ease of use, Performance, Quality
