Does a good job with a couple caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Robbie the Robot vac for about 2 months and it does a good job but at times I have to set it to re-map because it seems to forget my living room. Not much of an inconvenience but I want my review to be honest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does a good job of cleaning. This is my second machine after the first one would not connect to my wifi and I was directed to return the unit. Now with the second unit; I have had it about 3 weeks and there is an issue with the time zone for the APP being permanently set for EST and I live in PST. This is annoying in that it affects the scheduling for cleaning sessions on the APP. LG Smart ThinQ product care are aware of the problem yet have been unable thus far to fix it.
Pros: ease of use, Performance, Quality

Impressive clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box, this vacuum strikes you as visually different from the competitors. I've had robot vacuums from Shark and iRobot, but this LG CordZero ThinQ Robotic Vacuum is a good different. This LG vacuum is boxier and chunkier than the other brands, so it's a visual difference that may take some time to adjust to. Key features you'll notice right away are the high performance motor, the front facing vacuum which is very similar to your standard stand up vacuum, ultra quiet performance, HEPA filtration, and intelligent cleaning modes. This vacuum has a touch screen on the actual robot vacuum which allows you to control it with a touch of a virtual button. A handy feature also offered here is a physical remote that can control the vacuum from a far, just like you'd do with a TV. There is also a WiFi based app for LG ThinQ, but it's proved a bit challenging so far. This vacuum is a smarter vacuum that has impressed me immensely. It adjusts the speed of motion and suction power of the area it's cleaning on the fly. I have watched it move throughout the room and the house and am impressed with it's thorough cleaning behavior. I also like the power nozzle with its anti tangle brush that can pull some serious amount of dirt, dust, and hair from my floors which are carpeted and hard woods. Utilizing the different modes on this vacuum allows you to have a turbo suction clean and also a much more quiet but thorough cleaning so you can continue to talk or work in the same room without a heavy disturbance. In our home, I'm an allergy sufferer so I want to help keep the floors clean regularly. This 5 step HEPA filtration system filters out 99.9% of dust, pollen, pet dander. It's also got removable and washable filters for easy clean ups. The cleanup in the dust bin is very nice and mess free as well. Convenient to pop it out of the robot vacuum and then just depress a button to let the debris drop out into your waste basket. There is also an app to utilize with the LG ThinQ, but I have had a difficult time with syncing the iOS app to pair with my LG vacuum. For whatever reason, the app doesn't want to pair up with my vacuum and therefore I'm missing out on being able to control and monitor all the cleaning habits of this impressive vacuum. PRO: Excellent suction and debris pick up Stylish looks CON: App connectivity (may be an isolated situation for me only)

I must say I'm very impressed at how quiet it is, especially since I have 2 cats and as you may know, cats are easily scared. However they seem to have adjusted to this really well and for that, along with the functionality - I would give this a 5 star!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum. We wanted to replace our upright vacuum cleaner with a robot to make house cleaning a little easier. The Home Guard function is amazing, as it sends pictures to my phone if there is anything or anyone in my house! It is so easy to clean out also, and it doesn’t allow things like dander and dust mites to escape back into the room. The multiple settings for patterned vacuuming is great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum is very powerful persistent at cleaning and getting under my table and chairs; cleans my rugs and tile floors very well.
The battery is an issue. It dies before completing the cleaning. I had to replace the battery after completely died and wouldn’t retain a charge. LG did replace the battery free of charge but the battery shouldn’t have become unstable within a year.

I have a dog with black hair and dark hardwoods and it is shocking how much it picks up that I didn't realize was even there! I love this vacuum so much! I need to give it a name haha.
