[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing has been trouble since I got it. The sensors don't work and it ran right off the top stair without even pausing..crashed down and now the top is broken. There's a problem with the camera. It is lousy at finding it's way back to the docking station and I have to hunt for it as least 4 days a week. Do not recommend.

This is my 2nd robot vacuum and is the best one so far.
It is very convenient and really does the job so you don't have to worry about vacuuming the house in your busy life like afterwork or weekend. It returns to the base once it's done. If it needs to be charged it comes back to the base and starts working itself again until finishing the job. It is amazing and I love it so far. It is the best robot vacuum product and I own many other LG products too. I became a fan of LG appliances.

I was very excited when I first got this vaccuum. It was different than others which is why I chose it. It worked well for awhile, but then it stopped. The battery wouldn’t charge and luckily it’s still under warranty because I just had to send it in to be repaired. I haven’t had it quite a year! Very disappointed. I hope this does not show problems to come. Now I feel like. Must purchase the additional warranty since it didn’t even make it thru the first year.

I had 2 back surgeries and was told to stop pushing a vacuum. I have mostly carpet and bought this machine as it was advertised to handle thicker carpet. Broke down while under warranty and after the repair it broke down again with very little use. I am still debating whether the aggravation of paying for repair and shipping will be beneficial since it seems to be a lemon.

Had this for about 6 months now. EXTREMELY GOOD CLEANING AND FUNCTIONS! I use this robot in my main floor, which has three bedrooms. takes about 2 hours. not that loud, but kind of loud on turbo. I love its edge cleaning, and the security cam is ok. picks up little particles and very easy. Charging speed is ok. Overall, highly reccomend this robot. you get what you pay for and this LG lives up to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this definitely works. I was shocked how dirty my floors were since I have a stick vacuum that I use all the time. I got this to schedule an hour a day. Seriously how does it fill with so much dirt??? I've had it for a few months, almost weekday it goes for 45 minutes, some times longer, se times less and it still picks up so much dirt that my regular vacuum doesn't. I was really shocked about. I did pick up a cheaper brand for my upstairs and that one works just as well as this one. The cheaper brand has an easier time finding it's way home too. LG gets lost sometes and I have to pick it up and just place it near the home. I just think for the price this really doesn't have more options or work better than the cheaper one that was hundreds less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum is very powerful persistent at cleaning and getting under my table and chairs; cleans my rugs and tile floors very well.
The battery is an issue. It dies before completing the cleaning. I had to replace the battery after completely died and wouldn’t retain a charge. LG did replace the battery free of charge but the battery shouldn’t have become unstable within a year.

The functionality is great and it has lots of crisper rooms for fresh vegetables and fruits. Two of the things I really love are the tinted window with the knock feature and the small ice chunks instead of the large ice cubes.
