[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since getting this awesome robot vacuum my carpets have never looked better. I was very surprised how much it actually picked up especially since I just vacuumed before hand.It is amazing how much power it has to pick up even the finest of fine dust out of the carpet. My allergies are pretty much gone along with the dust & my carpet looks great.! My favorite is the camera view when I am not home it captures any movement & you can actually guide the vacuum around the house with the camera view. Overall great value for all it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for about six months now, and absolutely love it. The dirt stays in the dust cup, so less cleaning of the filters is required, which is nice. Gets into every corner and seems to do a wonderful job of deep cleaning the carpet and gets all the dust from my hard floors. The mapping features leave a lot to be desired, but the ability to use it as a security cam is a plus. Overall I’m very happy with this robot

I was very excited when I first got this vaccuum. It was different than others which is why I chose it. It worked well for awhile, but then it stopped. The battery wouldn’t charge and luckily it’s still under warranty because I just had to send it in to be repaired. I haven’t had it quite a year! Very disappointed. I hope this does not show problems to come. Now I feel like. Must purchase the additional warranty since it didn’t even make it thru the first year.

This is my 2nd robot vacuum and is the best one so far.
It is very convenient and really does the job so you don't have to worry about vacuuming the house in your busy life like afterwork or weekend. It returns to the base once it's done. If it needs to be charged it comes back to the base and starts working itself again until finishing the job. It is amazing and I love it so far. It is the best robot vacuum product and I own many other LG products too. I became a fan of LG appliances.

Deeper cleaning Robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with this robot. Build quality is fantastic. An engineering marvel. This machine can actually replace my corded upright. Prior to this review, I ran my other newish Shark robot. Followed by the LG. The LG picked up a considerable amount of dirt and pet hair left behind by the other bot. If you are looking for a robot that does more than pick up surface dirt, this is it.
An interesting side note... The cyclone action in the dust collector bin actually spins pet hair into neat little balls ready for disposal. No need to dig them out like other cyclone vacuums.

Mapping is terrible

Vacuum works very well, however, I have been using this almost a month and still can’t figure out how to map out my home. Also not able to create separate cleaning zones

Amazing product!

Now my carpet is vacuumed everyday without me actually vacuuming. It's easy to use, easy to dispose of dirt, and cleans really well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product a couple weeks and I replaced a newer fridge with it because I like to look of this fridge better with my kitchen update. The functionality is great and it has lots of crisper rooms for fresh vegetables and fruits. Two of the things I really love are the tinted window with the knock feature and the small ice chunks instead of the large ice cubes.
