Good fridge so far!

I love having the built in. It keeps the clutter down in my big refrigerator and the kids can reach everything when they want it!

Great product & customer service

This has been a great beverage refrigerator for us, but we ran into an issue this month where the temperature wasn't regulating properly. We submitted an inquiry over the web and received a response within 2 hours. Customer Service was fantastic, prompt and kind... and solved our problem super quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We use the unit in our breakfast area at my hotel. We like the amount that it holds and the movable shelving

Fridge works well and looks great. Had a minor issue with the fridge, called customer service and got it resolved immediately.

Nice unit, great customer service!

We purchased this unit for a kitchen renovation. It arrived quite damaged. I contacted NewAir and was sent a replacement unit right away! We boxed up the damaged one with the prepaid label that was sent to us. When the new one came, the grill on the bottom was dented. Again, the very courteous customer service sent a replacement grill right away. Aside from trying to figure out how to replace the grill piece, we have been very, very happy with the way NewAir has treated us so far! We look forward to many years of use of our new undercounter fridge!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Fridge!

I bought this 9 months ago I am super happy! It fits a lot of cans so I have more space on my fridge. I had minor problem but contact customer service and Anthony Obando help me resolve the issue in no time

I would buy this beverage fridge again!

This beverage fridge is used in the basement bar and I couldn't be happier. Temp is consistent and gets cool fast. I chose this over other because of Newair's reputation and the black stainless steel look matched my design. When I replace my other bev fridge in my kitchen It will be a Newair.
