Looks great but doesn't stay cold

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago for our bar, but it is unable to keep a temperature below 47 degrees. The company is currently working to send me a new part to fix the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great looking fridge

I liked the fridge, quiet and looks great in the cabinet. Customer service has helped with a cooling issue, first by sending a replacement sensor and second with offering to replace the unit when that didn't solve problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product is very beautiful and added a classic look to my kitchen especially the LED light that is blue doing the night. I am giving a 3 star because it is not cooling right now, the customer service has been really helpful in trying to send me a new one. Hopefully I will come back with new rating.

Great Fridge, Great support!

Unlike previous beverage fridges I have owned the Newair provides always cold drinks that are the temperature that is what is set at. I did have a problem with some ice forming that was resolved with the excellent support I received from Newair

Great Fit and Finish

We use the 177 can beverage cooler in our basement and it looks great. We only had one cooling issue, but customer support was immediately responsive in rectifying the issue. Great experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ust what we needed for our drink area!

Fits perfect in our built in bar area. It wasn't cooling properly so we contacted NewAir and had great customer service. They answered our call promptly, listened to our problem, and came up with a solution within a few hours of contacting them!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would purchase again and again

Purchased this for our new bar area in our basement. I was able to set up the fridge easily since it was undamaged out of the package. The LED light design and the glass door were very appealing to my husband. I love the look it creates in a dark room since it cools his drinks so quickly. I am happy with how things have gone so far. The fridge is quiet in the house. I am so happy with this fridge we bought a second one to use in main house for our family to use on a daily basis. This keeps room in my refrigerator for food, rather than being filled with drinks. Would purchase again and again. Very pleased with both purchased
