I received my NewAir 24" Built-in 177 Can Fridge a week ago and can't even fathom that I haven't had it all this time. My favorite part of this fridge is the capacity for the size, NO OTHER fridge will give you this amount of storage. It saves me extra trips to the store for refills. From the LED lighting, Digital Temp Control and Lock, this fridge gives me the style and safety that I need. Not to mention, its quieter than a mouse!! I bought a beverage refrigerator made by Newair through Wayfair. The fridge arrived as promised in perfect condition. Moved it in place and plugged it in. It doesn't work and Newair and Wayfair have told me to toss this $1,443 brand new product in the landfill and are shipping me a new one. No service available in in Toronto and the fridge is manufactured in China. Can hardly wait to see how long before the replacement blows up after it is out of warranty.

Sharp-looking, clean lines and functional. Unit installed in remodeled kitchen Oct 2019, but compressor conked out after two months of flawless service. Online chat with customer service rep Melissa confirmed the diagnosis and a replacement unit is being shipped at no charge. This experience should not have happened, of course, but the warranty service exceeded expectations.

Quality of parts needs improvement

I bought this a little over a year ago foes not always keep temp and now the gasket around the fridge is falling apart so that the door doesn’t get a tight seal. This is causing the unit to collect excessive water and flood. Trying to find replacement parts but have had no luck.
