My wife & I bought this several months ago & are completely happy with it. It is so quiet you only hear a whisper of the fan when it is running in a perfectly quiet room. It holds a true, steady temperature. Very nice looking & well made. We're very satisfied with quality & price & well as the service. It arrived in "perfect" condition. No issues at all. So happy we made this purchase!

Not cold enough

Many drinks don't freeze until below 30 degrees F. If they want to market "icy cold" cooling, shouldn't it be able to get down to at least 32 degrees?

Hi, We are sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing with the unit and the overall service but I am sorry to inform you but the unit can only get down to 34°. The drink gets really cold to that temp too.

Cant reverse door swing due to missing parts.

Quality of parts needs improvement

I bought this a little over a year ago foes not always keep temp and now the gasket around the fridge is falling apart so that the door doesn’t get a tight seal. This is causing the unit to collect excessive water and flood. Trying to find replacement parts but have had no luck.

Good warranty service

Sharp-looking, clean lines and functional. Unit installed in remodeled kitchen Oct 2019, but compressor conked out after two months of flawless service. Online chat with customer service rep Melissa confirmed the diagnosis and a replacement unit is being shipped at no charge. This experience should not have happened, of course, but the warranty service exceeded expectations.
