Perfect for under the counter!

I ordered this fridge to install under my countertop. It’s very quiet and I love the glass door. I had to contact support after my purchase and Dennis was very helpful via email.

I purchased two units for my bar area, and for the record the units are very cold and quiet compared to other brands we have had in the past. Had a minor issue wiith one of the units and contacted customer service via email, response and action was taken very timely. They are shipping replacement unit to my house. I will definitely use this brand going forward for my future products. Very impressed with the quick response and continued communication via email. Didn't have to wait on the phone on hold like most companies require. Great service from Newair.

Had this unit for a few months until frost buildup started occurring at the back of the unit. We would fully defrost and it kept happening. Waiting replacement unit now and I am really hoping we do not have the same issue again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a year ago and it has cooled all my drinks very well we did have an issue but customer service was awesome took care of it and I'm happy as of now!
