I used my newair https://newair2018.myshopify.com/products/abr-1770-177-can-beverage-refrigeratorto put my drinks in but it stopped cooling And I'm so ready to get it back working and i would recommend this company they have really good customer service skills and care that they help get your product back to working

Doesn't achieve specified temp

I bought this to hold cold beverages and the specifications said it could cool to 36 degrees F. I set it for 38 and after a couple of days thought I would check the temp. The temperature was 42 , so I lowered the set point to 36. The temperature of the beverages after two days was 45 degrees. I have only had the unit for a couple of weeks. The unit is attactive and the racks are substantial but the main function not so good.

I bought this to put in my new bar. Fits perfectly and really looks good. There is a lot of room for can and the racks are adjustable. Arrived damaged from shipping, but customer service is great getting me a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the look that this fridge gives my built in bar. The interior provides a great amount of space and the adjustable shelves make cooling larger bottles easy. The customer service is top notch in answering product questions.

We have been using this fridge for 1.5 years when we built a new house. We got it built into our island and it has been absolutely perfect. The size is great, it's completely silent and our drinks stay the right cold temp. I looked at SO many fridges and reviews and this one has really exceeded our expectations. Many drinks don't freeze until below 30 degrees F. If they want to market "icy cold" cooling, shouldn't it be able to get down to at least 32 degrees?

Hi, We are sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing with the unit and the overall service but I am sorry to inform you but the unit can only get down to 34°. The drink gets really cold to that temp too.

We purchased this cooler as it matches the wine cooler. They look very nice side by side. Additionally, they both have a lovely blue internal light. This unit is very spacious and holds a lot of beverages.

My wife & I bought this several months ago & are completely happy with it. It is so quiet you only hear a whisper of the fan when it is running in a perfectly quiet room. It holds a true, steady temperature. Very nice looking & well made. We're very satisfied with quality & price & well as the service. It arrived in "perfect" condition. No issues at all. So happy we made this purchase!
