What is that clear box for? New look, better insulation. But the manual should clearly state what all the parts are and what to do with them.

Great Beverage Cooler

The beverage fridge keeps all of our drinks cold. Its sleek and fits well in our kitchen. We had two others before this from a different company and both of them malfunctioned after the first month. This has been great.

Great Fridge and Excellent Customer Service!

We recently refinished our basement and purchased this fridge for our wet bar. It is very high quality and we can't wait to use it. I went to check on things in the basement and realized our contractor did not attach the handle and the screws were nowhere to be found. I also noticed there was a place to lock the fridge - however the key was also missing. I'm assuming they were somehow tossed during the cleanup. I called NewAir and worked with Straton. Within 5 minutes he told me exactly what I needed to do (email them my receipt) and told me they would send out the missing pieces. Not long after I sent the email I received confirmation that my request was received and was provided an order number. What an excellent customer service experience!!

I was trying to find a black stainless steel so when I can across this I was thrilled.
It shipped quickly and was packaged well to protect the refrigerator So far it runs very quiet and cools great. The black stainless steel is great with the other appliances.

I bought this for my newly remolded kitchen. It is a beautiful addition ! Drinks are cold, looks great and is very quiet. I was worried about possible noise after reading lots of reviews on different brands and that seemed to be the main complaint. Not even an issue with this model....Perfection so far!
