I have had this product for a little over a year, and my family loves it! When we were finishing our basement, we needed a fridge for the bar that looked great but didn't break the bank, and this product fit the bill. I would rebuy it without hesitation.

Works perfectly in my basement bar, needed a built in which is very different than free standing as it has ventilation in the front and this fit the bill

Hi, I purchased 2 of these items over a year ago. Due to construction delays, the units were not installed until 5 months ago. Both units are installed under a counter, as is advertised to be supported. Today, I noticed that there was a solid block of ice at the back of one unit. Low and behold, after checking, the ice block was at the back of the second unit as well. I called customer service. The units are no longer under warranty, and I was told it is a common problem. It could be the compressor or the temperature gauge. I emptied fridge one, chiseled the 15"x6"x2" block of ice off the back wall. I can see there is ice built up between the back wall of the unit, and the internal air flows. The attendant told me to let this defrost for 24 hours, then restart. The attendant said this probably won't happen again for 6 months. This seems ridiculous. Beware. I didn't purchase this product to keep defrosting every 6 months. And the customer service is weak, to say the least.

Purchased this for our new bar area in our basement. I was able to set up the fridge easily since it was undamaged out of the package. The LED light design and the glass door were very appealing to my husband. I love the look it creates in a dark room since it cools his drinks so quickly. I am happy with how things have gone so far. The fridge is quiet in the house. I am so happy with this fridge we bought a second one to use in main house for our family to use on a daily basis. This keeps room in my refrigerator for food, rather than being filled with drinks. Would purchase again and again. Very pleased with both purchased
