I've really enjoyed my Drink Fridge. I needed something small and stylish to sit in my office for clients. This has been a perfect fit. Highly recommend. Customer service was also very timely in their response.

Great Service

The cooler what I wanted, and it fits our needs exactly. When it arrived it would not turn on. I called, and Elizabeth in the customer service team sent me a part and instructions as to how to check something. Turned out that, in shipping a small connector inside the assembly had come loose. When we reconnected that wire - Voila!- all was well. It works great!

Awesome fridge. Holds a ton of drinks with pull out trays. The temperature can be adjusted easily and it locks to keep my kids out of it. Fits great under the counter.

Unit Died Less Than 2 Years!!

I cannot recommend these units. My unit died in less than 2 years of use. The unit stopped cooling and when I contacted newair they offered to send out a new temperature sensor. This did not fix the issue and another call to newair informed the unit had a cooling system issue. I had the unit diagnosed at a local appliance repair who identified that the compressor was not longer working. New air doesn't offer parts to fix any cooling system issue so the unit is garbage at this point. New air offered me 40% another unit that would end up costing me more than I paid for the unit initially in 2022. Very disappointed and cannot recommend these units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this fridge for my gameroom about 18 months ago. Not that it has stopped working, it has worked consistently poor from day 1. I needed it mainly to do one thing, make drinks cold. Temp setting to the lowest it goes (36 degrees) and still I cannot get the drinks that cold, even after door has been shut for 3 days straight. I took temp in 4 different shelves in the fridge and temp is from 46 to 49 degrees. Yes, the fridge looks nice, yes the door was easily reversed, yes it runs very quiet, yes it holds a great deal of cans and bottles. But the main purpose is to make the beverages cold. NO, it does not get the beverages cold. I find that I have to start with a frozen mug to have beer that is cold enough to drink with it comes from this fridge.

We bought this for our new conference room in our office. It fits perfectly in the credenza and our visitors are always impressed with it. It is very convenient and has enough room to store sodas, etc., including the Sake we had for a recent luncheon.

Cant get anyone to answer the phone or return an email about missing door hinge. Poor customer service.
