I bought this 3 months ago. The first one didn't work properly so I returned it. The second one had a bent in grill, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning a second fridge. I figured I could live with a bent grill, but 3 months later, it still bothered me. I texted with customer service and within minutes they mailed out a replacement grill for me. I wish all customer service was this efficient!

Not cold enough

I bought this fridge for my gameroom about 18 months ago. Not that it has stopped working, it has worked consistently poor from day 1. I needed it mainly to do one thing, make drinks cold. Temp setting to the lowest it goes (36 degrees) and still I cannot get the drinks that cold, even after door has been shut for 3 days straight. I took temp in 4 different shelves in the fridge and temp is from 46 to 49 degrees. Yes, the fridge looks nice, yes the door was easily reversed, yes it runs very quiet, yes it holds a great deal of cans and bottles. But the main purpose is to make the beverages cold. NO, it does not get the beverages cold. I find that I have to start with a frozen mug to have beer that is cold enough to drink with it comes from this fridge.

Great beer fridge

Great beer fridge. It is the main beer fridge at our lake house in upstate New York. It gets plenty of use and always keeps up. Wine bottles fit well on the bottom shelf. A great value compared to competitors.

My wife & I bought this several months ago & are completely happy with it. It is so quiet you only hear a whisper of the fan when it is running in a perfectly quiet room. It holds a true, steady temperature. Very nice looking & well made. We're very satisfied with quality & price & well as the service. It arrived in "perfect" condition. No issues at all. Unit keeps frosting over

Have had this product for about 2 years. After 15 months the unit frosted over in the back. I figured too much moisture got in when my son left the door slightly open. I followed the instructions, unplugged it, let everything thaw, wiped the entire inside down with paper towels to ensure it was dry, then partially loaded the unit. Sure enough, even only slightly filled and the unit still frosts over. I've now had to do this exercise of unplugging, thawing, cleaning, and restocking 4 times now. I also have a wine cooler from NewAir (bought and installed at the same time that hasn't had this issue). Of course this issue started just after the 1 year warranty expired. Would give it 5 stars (like the wine cooler) if the unit didn't keep frosting over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Minor start-up glitch but fantastic customer service

I received my ABR-1770 beverage center and set the temperature to 37 degrees but it only got to 44 degrees. I called customer and they sent out temperature sensor right away with instructions. They said if that doesn't work, they would be happy to replace the unit. I love the unit and hope that this will fix the issue. Customer service is excellent!
