I've had this fridge for almost 10 months. Noticed when refilling there was ice building up. After reading reviews and stories, I've come to realize this is a common issue. Current defrosting (unplug it for 24hrs). I noticed while reading through these that there's also a common temperature inconsistency. The top shelf is nice and cold (the fans blow on your cans), but the rest is warmer. Do not load this fridge complete full. There has to be room for these undersized (small) fans to blow to circulate air. Not sure if the icing issue is going to continue. I hope not.

I ordered this fridge to install under my countertop. It's very quiet and I love the glass door. I had to contact support after my purchase and Dennis was very helpful via email.

Terrible product that will fail in two years and Newair support will charge you for parts that will not resolve. I will place be placing in the trash which is what New Air products are STAY AWAY!

This refirgerator style and size met my needs

I brought this unit 8 months ago. I really loved this refrigerator. It was the perfect size and the finish matched my kitchen. It worked great for eight months. For some reason it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they have shipped me out a new refrigerator (the warranty did not call for that),and I will send the old one back (I believe I have to pay the shipping). I will update this later. I would give 5 stars until it stopped working. I have to give 3 now, if my return experience goes well I will improve my rating. It is an excellent refrigerator. I think I got a dud. Elizabeth from service has been very nice
