HDMI/Arc - Amazon Alexa - Klisch App multiple prob

Good luck trying to connect an HDMI/Arc cord and have it go out EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Klipsch sent me a 2nd unit, same issue. I have to unplug the cord in order to get the sound to work. Amazon Alexa does not work properly nor does the Apple App via WiFi, drops the signal constantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please try a power cycle of your TV. It may also be beneficial to contact your TV manufacturer for recommended TV settings if you have had the same issue with two sound bars.

I had the bar 48 and got the cinema 800. Kept bar 48 and put upstairs and 800 in family room downstairs. Wow! For the price and convenience of this easy system to use and hook up its a no brainer! I also have the surround 3 speakers and they work Awesome!! I recommend this 100%

Bought this with rear speakers but volume is really low ... need to take it above 70 + to get the advertised affects

Bluetooth connectivity problem . Very poor .
if connected it ll work only for 5 min after that it ll disconnect. Agin connecting problem it’s ll not connected.

The sound bar is huge! The overall set up was extremely easy. Also using the app was a breeze. My regular tv remote controls both the tv and the sound bar which is nice. My tv recognized the sound bar system and merged together as one automatically with the tv remote. The only thing I do not like about the sound bar is that it shows switch input it is on along with the volume level. Since the app shows this, I don’t feel a need for the large display on the sound bar is necessary and is a distraction. The bass module is amazing and pumps out some amazing sound.
