Didn’t work right out the box. Opened a ticket with customer service and have not heard back. It’s my second one. First one lasted 18 months. Poor experience. Will not recommend or purchase any products from them again.

These issues may be resolved with the latest firmware update! For over-the-air update, please make sure the bar is connected to your home network. If you are unable to connect the bar to your home network, please contact customer service as a manual update may be possible. For the quickest contact, we recommend opening a "chat" by going to our website and clicking the “Help” icon located in the bottom right corner. Once you have clicked this icon, choose the “Get in Touch” option to speak directly with a Product Support representative.
This soundbar is fabulous, I replaced my Klipsch 600 soundbar that was a P o s. It was constantly shutting off where I had to unplug to get it to reconnect to the TV. It was connected to the TV through the HDMI ARC just like the 800 is. The 800 is great, the 600 not so much.

I bought this a month ago and I’m so disappointed. I’m using the ARC as input. It is not smooth as what others have said. It doesn’t work 90% of the time. I have to manually unplug the power source and do a hard reboot in order for it to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Make sure you use an HDMI 2.0a or higher cable. The cable included with your soundbar meets these standards, so we strongly recommend you use this cable. Ensure the following TV settings match:
-If you have an eARC Capable TV, set HDMI e-ARC Mode to Auto or On. -Set Digital Output Format to Pass-Through (on some TVs and projectors, this is named Bitstream. -Set Dolby Atmos to Enabled.
The sound bar did not produce the sound as my previous sound bar, the unit lacked sound quality and clarity. Off the start the sub woofer did not power up. So on this purchase I was extremely disappointed
