Ongoing problems with sound bar cutting out everyday and needing to unplug then plug back in to restore. Very frustrating but sound quality is excellent

This may be resolved by updating your bar to the latest firmware! For over the air updates, please make sure your bar is connected to your home network. If the bar does not update automatically when connected to the network, please reach out to our Customer Service Department!
I wanted to buy the Cinema 800 last year but was discouraged by the price, so I settled for the Cinema 600 and it was great. Nevertheless, I still felt something was missing due to the size of my living room. A few months later Klipsch provided the right incentives to pick up the Cinema 800 as well and I am so glad I did - the sound is rich and deep, it was precisely all I needed all along.
Klipsch knows sound but not Bluetooth technology. It doesn’t stay connected and reconnecting means taking the sound bar off the wall to reset it. Disappointing that they’re selling this knowing it’s flawed. The sound is great but won’t play consistently. Opening apps on your phone while playing can disconnect it. Maybe buy if you only want it for surround sound through HDMI. We wanted it to play music as well. Disappointed.
A little lacking in the dynamic sound I have come to expect from Klipsch

I purchased this sound bar and wanted to like it so much but it has been a very difficult set up and really only functions 40% of the time. Ate this time, I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The sound when it works is ok at best as well. does not seem to have much power behind it. Hopefully its an easy fix, but cant figure it out as of yet.

Great subwoofer with a terrible sound bar

The Klipsch 800 has a fantastic subwoofer unfortunately that’s all there is to offer. The sound bar itself lacks mids and you have to turn it up to 85 or 90 in order to hear the sound bar. The sub is fantastic probably the best sounding sub you’re going to get. The 800 is good for movies however it’s terrible for music and ok for TV viewing. The Dolby atmos is terrible, it really is nonexistent and definitely not worth the asking price. The different options for movies, party, TV, music and standard sounds helped, but not much. Our experience was lackluster with the Klipsch 800 sound bar and returned it. The 600 sounds the same and the price is less so it’s the way to go, but even that is overpriced. Klipsch makes great towers so we thought a Klipsch sound bar would sound good. We were so wrong and disappointed in the 800. For the price you can get a better bar or something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this and replaced a cheaper Samsung soundbar that we were using. This thing blows it away in terms of sound quality, clarity, and overall "boom!" The install was a breeze, especially if you are replacing an existing bar, and the appearance of the subwoofer and bar will compliment any decor from farmhouse to modern. One thing that could be improved is definitely. the sheer size - this thing is quite large..especially when you compare it to some of the other "premium" brands out there like Sonos and Bose offerings. Nonetheless, sound quality and sync to my Sony TV was great especially with a first test of watching an action movie and football on Sunday.
