Cinema 800 freezes up with LS stuck on display

Sounds good but have an issue with this second sound bar. It did some goofy things then the display start showing with LS and stuck in that mode. Would not responded to remote or buttons. Powered off by Unplugging power for 1 minutes then powered on and the LS came back on the display and everything locked up again after 10 seconds. I unplugged it for about 5 min and powered on and this time it stared working. I think this has happened to me about 2 times for the 30 days I had it. All firmware is up to date. I might bring this one back and get a refund.
My previous Klipsch experience was better than this one. I stepped up to the "next level" from where I was and was expecting to be BLOWN away - I'm not. It's a good system but lacks the punch of my previous model (Reference R-10). Still figuring it out but happy overall.
We were impressed on the looks of the sound bar. The sub box is made out of wood looks nice. Better than plastic boxes. It is a big box. Downward firing sub sounds okay. It’s not too overly bassy! I bought another sub to hook up to sound bar Klipsch r-100sw 10” sub now I can feel the bass with both subs. I also bought the surround speakers to go with it. Overall this setup sounds great for us. It connected to the tv with no issues and also wifi. I can’t wait to the EQ setup comes out for Klipsch oh the only reason there is 4 stars because of the sub that comes with it.

It Is a good sound bar. It has potential. Needs a good app.
This sound bar has definitive deep bass. When listening to music you hear highs and lows. The sound bar is attractive and is a great addition to my den.

Reserved for Hopeful App EQ Updates
on August 24, 2021

I will hold off on a full review until the supposedly promised App updates that will include EQ. Until then, here is my brief thoughts after about a week of use:
NOTE: I added the Surround 3 speakers after the purchase so this will be based on the full 5.1 setup.
I’m upgrading from a Sony 3.1 setup that I was OK with but the wireless failed and the connection to the Sub stopped working properly. The build quality is excellent like most Klipsch products. So, the audio, the first thing I noticed is the very V shaped tuning which makes Bass very rumbly and treble very tinny…almost siblant at high volume and very recessed mids. For me, the potential dealbreaker is how hollow and weak dialogue is…it doesn’t matter what source (AppleTV, PS5, DirecTV). My TV speakers (LG OLED E7P) has much more balanced mid range sounding dialogue that has girth and resonance. The 800 just doesn’t sound very natural to my ears and without the surround speakers I just don’t feel like it is worth the price.
Now, if the App is updated end of Aug, as promised, to include EQ so that I can dial the mids back up (better crossover of mid-bass from the sub?) I think it will be worth the price of entry. If not I’ll have to pay up extra for the Samsung 950A and get the upfiring speakers as well as the much improved dialogue from demos I have heard.
