I purchased this sound system a week ago and it sounded great. I ran into issues using an optical cable as the new tv and sound bar seemed to interfere with each other. After switching to HDMI that problem was resolved. The main issue we are dealing with now is the subwoofer. It worked great for 72 hours and now it seems as if the subwoofer has 1/4 of the power. Almost not noticeable until turned to 70+ and advancing the sub gain.
Sound is incredible for movies and TV. Only bad part is it will not pair with my Bluetooth devices

Klipsch isn't what it used to be. This bar sounds great when it actually works buy frequently loses connectivity. Emailed Klipsh twice about it and never head back.
The Cinema 800 soundbar has an amazing range of sound compared to the Bar48 I had previously. That one had just stopped working one day so I had to upgrade. Happy with my purchase, with one exception. The Cinema 800 has a connection issue. I have it hooked up to my tv with the ARC HDMI but I have to power cycle it (unplug and then plug it back in) every time I turn on the tv. Otherwise, the bar will not connect and turn on itself. It is up to date with its software. I really hope Klipsch looks into this issue and fixes it soon. That’s the only issue I have with this. Everything else has been great.
Amazing sound bar, the highs are crystal clear and the lows are surprisingly powerful. The subwoofer is okay despite being on full volume and maximum base.

When it works it sounds great. It’s really a nice soundbar, but the analogue option doesn’t work at all, which is a shame for my record player, the audio clips periodically over optical audio, the video passthrough is extremely unreliable, and the app is kind of useless. Honestly this would be okay if Klipsch support would help. 3 weeks and they’ve only asked about firmware, which I’ve checked and it’s up to date. I would really appreciate it if this could be escalated because I want to love this thing but I just can’t
