My bar is hard to get the Bluetooth to pair up with my phone when you click the button on the remote or on the sound bar it does not flash the Bluetooth to be able to put a pair mode easy

Good product although Bluetooth never works properly. That MAIN reason why I needed a new soundbar the Bluetooth...to listen to music.When Powering off sound bar it takes multiple times of pushin button to keep device off.

I purchased this sound system a week ago and it sounded great. I ran into issues using an optical cable as the new tv and sound bar seemed to interfere with each other. After switching to HDMI that problem was resolved. The main issue we are dealing with now is the subwoofer. It worked great for 72 hours and now it seems as if the subwoofer has 1/4 of the power. Almost not noticeable until turned to 70+ and advancing the sub gain.
