After a week of testing the system, its been solid. One time the surrounds made a squeak sound but after unplugging the unit and restarting it, its been fine. Bass is super strong, feel it in your chest. The surrounds add lots of depth to movies.
Disappointed in the 800. I have the 48 and thought I'd upgrade for a second tv. The 48 is a far nicer soundbar. Richer and much higher projection. The 800 is fine. Just fine. I’ve spent a week wrestling with settings in the Klipsch app and on the Samsung tv. Still just fine. Thin dialog. Too much mid and no stage image of any kind. Even tinny at some times. Very moderate volume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this several months ago. It sound great when it's working right and adjusted, but I had a bunch of problems getting a glitch out and the thing fails to connect to the Klipsch connect app repeatedly, which is the only way to adjust the bass down. Without adjustment, it is way too heavy in bass. Beyond that, several times it just quit working with the TV until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The bottom line is that it would be a nice product if it just working consistently, but it is very finicky and often doesn't work as intended.
My bar is hard to get the Bluetooth to pair up with my phone when you click the button on the remote or on the sound bar it does not flash the Bluetooth to be able to put a pair mode easy
