I purchased this February 2024 after fully reading all the feedback about the connection issues. Mine had all the firmware up to the latest versions and so far I have not had a single issue. I am pleased with the sound quality. The only reason it's not 5 star is because it's not on the level of the Sonos Arc or a few other top soundbars on the market. The remote on the Klipsch did have an issue with some of the buttons sticking. I contacted support and they rushed me a new one right away.
Fits nicely into my space and provides significant upgrade from TV speakers

Definitely a nice upgrade to TV audio but disappointing for streaming music. I also tried the various sound modes and equalizer and while these features looked very promising the bar doesn’t seem to have the beef to make much difference

Great sound - poor quality

Bought the 800 sound bar - sound quality was very good. However, it was 'glitchy' from the start and after 4 months simply quit working altogether. Very frustrating to pay for a supposedly high quality speaker that doesn't work.
Sound quality is excellent though functionality is off and device is very buggy. The remote malfunctions for simple volume changes, the soundbar will freeze up and appear muted until you unplug it and plug it back in
Very underwhelming. The volume and bass is incredibly quiet compared to my Cinema 600. Updated all firmware to match the website specifications and played with all the different settings in the Klipsch Connect App and it just doesn't sound good at all compared to my 600. Considering a return.
Sound is awesome, but for some reason it seems to turn on by itself! I make sure no lights are on when I leave, only to come home and the unit is on! Is there a fix for this?
