Good soundbar. Great subwoofer. Thing I don't like is how laggy the soundbar is. Doesn't always respond to remote. Sometimes annoyingly starts doing stuff on its own. Doesn't take hdmi ARC input unless I cycle through different inputs. Again, Sounds great when it works.
First off, this bar sounds amazing! Gives movies and music a great wide soundstage. Tho, you have to play with the app to get the sound dialed in. The remote is also a bit laggy and wonkey. It's backlite setting is way too sensitive. Also, my bar got "bricked" after it tried to update itself over WiFi. Thankfully they have good customer service. Had to update the unit via USB update, and it's been working fine since...would have loved to give this bar 5 stars, but unfortunately this product feels unfinished and unrefined. Sound is great, but this bar is definitely buggy.
I was looking for a soundbar and surround sound for my living room tv. I've been a customer of Klipsch for many years. I actually still have my 2.1 Pro Media computer speakers, that I bought in 2002. They sound just like when I took them out of the box!
The system was VERY easy to setup and get configured. The sound is AMAZING and is very easy to operate. I strongly recommend this system.
I just recently purchased this unit. Sound quality is great for a sound bar. Unfortunately this unit seems it has issues. Bluetooth connections have been a issue, audio drops out when connected to my phone. Often I can't get soundbar Bluetooth to connect at all. Also soundbar at times won't respond with remote, or it's delayed. Rebooting the system with the app helps some of issues; but should not have to reboot system so often. Holding off on buying surround 3 speakers to see how my soundbar is going to be.
Sounds great when it connects to my samsung q90.... problem is it doesn't connect automatically. When it does connect. . We have to use two remotes. Looks like a problem with the hdmi arc.

Please make sure CEC and ARC are enabled within your TV's settings! Please also make sure the audio output format is set to Pass-Through (Bitstream).
