Very easy setup, great sound; The unit fills up the entertainment room with awesome clear sound. The room has tapered 16 foot ceilings, the unit projects super precise sound throughout the space. The subwoofer provides a very clear bottom end. The enhanced audio provides a rich dimension to the TV viewing experience. Cinema 800 provides faithful music reproduction as well, filling the large space with powerful tunes whether old school jazz or classic rock; this was a bonus for me! Exceeded my expectations!
I was impressed how easy was the setup, like real plug-and-play :-)... I don't need to speak about the sound quality as always Klipsch signature
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed

I bought this on Christmas Day and I had high hopes, but it’s very disappointing to say the least. The Bluetooth connectivity is absolutely horrible and I made sure the soundbar was up to date. I have two different soundbars from other company’s that are way cheaper and they outperform this system. The only thing I like about this system is its bass. I do have a ticket in to try and get my problems resolved and with a properly working system, I would possibly consider giving this a 3 star review, but at the time being, I’m very upset with myself for spending to money on this system.
Could not get soundbar to play sound. Followed instructions online to update the firmware. Contacted support for help. Suport was not able to fix the problem and said they would elevate my request. It's been a week and no one has contacted me.
Sounds great when connected thru HDMI. However, Bluetooth connection is really unreliable. When connected to my computer, connection drops off almost after every song. And YES, I have updated the software per the online instruction (which by the way is the most complicated software update I have every experienced) and installed latest and the problem remains. I haven't decide if I will be keeping this speaker system, most likely will return as I cannot seem to get reliable service from the speaker nor Klipsch customer service. Oh, btw, did I also mention that the remote is totally non functional. :) Good thing the TV remote can adjust Klipsch's system.
Long-story-shot... as consumers, we just want things to work. No complicated software updates, no downloads. Other major manufactures (BOSE, SONY) can do it, why can't you, Klipsch?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
