Honestly, this product sounds amazing! However, The bar needed warranty work as it did not have audio output on the right side of the bar. Also the Bluetooth randomly disconnects even with the new bar that was sent to us. Come to find out the new bar needs all new updates to be installed. So sound quality has 5 stars all day but the dependabilityn of its functions are not what I would expect from Klipsch. Lastly the HDMI pass through is not working on the new bar either. I am praying that the updates fix that issue!

Good hardware terrible firmware

For my use case, a home theater PC is the primary source going to a TV, the actual sound and build quality is very good. However The software and firmware implementation is subpar, at least once a week the sound bar requires a hard reboot by pulling the power plug on it. In addition regardless of how the HDMI inputs are routed (either into the TV then eARC to the sound bar, or into the sound bar and out to the TV) there is a flickering color shift on static images and every time I turn on the TV and sound bar the sound bar changes the input from what I left it on "HDMI1" to "TV".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
