Connection is completely trash.. takes me 20 times to connect to Bluetooth takes me another 100 times to have the product connect to the app, also it cuts in and out watching movies or TV ,

Just got it for Christmas and I’m so disappointed. The sound keeps going out for a second, every 20 minutes or so. If they can’t figure this out I need to return this.

I frequently get loud popping noises like the audio is cutting in and out with this speaker. The bluetooth connection frequently does not work when trying to connect my phone to the speaker. Overall the sound quality is good when it is working well. I am a huge Klipsch fan and my mancave has the higher end Klipsch audio and have zero complaints with that system. However, they have a long way to go to get that same quality on their soundbars.
