Sounded great when it worked, firmware issues are the reason for two stars, customer service does a good job on helping.

I did just purchased a new surround for the living room for Christmas and I am VERY pleased with it. It sounds like I max in the living room. Love it.
So I decided to get this for my game room. I listen to a lot of music and I will soon be adding a TV in there. So far I really like this unit. It sounds good and crisp. The base hits good and the highs are great. It is not a complete surround but it does what I needed it to do.

Speaker system sounds pretty nice. Bluetooth seems to have issues. Cuts out a lot and it disconnects when I pause music. Tried to contact support over a week ago with no response. Also wish it had more settings and eq’s to tweak in the app.

Soundbar not working, terrible tech support.

Could not get soundbar to play sound. Followed instructions online to update the firmware. Contacted support for help. Suport was not able to fix the problem and said they would elevate my request. It's been a week and no one has contacted me.

I had a 5 year old Klipsch soundbar that sounded a lot warmer and fuller than this one. This one sounds really digital, thin and harsh to my ears. Newer doesn't always mean better and now I regret my purchase. Going back to my old Klipsch soundbar.
