[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Klipsch Cinema 800 Dolby sound bar is a good product. The sound quality is very good. The subwoofer is impressive and the “dialog” feature helps me hear the tv conversations in a clearer manner. My only real issue with the sound bar system is the remote. First, it is extremely difficult to open and second, its range appears to be limited as it does not always respond from my couch which is only 10 feet away. I’m happy with the sound but unimpressed with the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first soundbar that I received didn't work. More clearly, the sound quality went from choppy whether through the tv or Bluetooth to where it sounded like a robot was the one talking to where the sound bar eventually wouldn't read as being plugged in and turned on at all. The second one was delivered and the sound was VERY soft through all the different inputs and the subwoofer didn't work at all. After an hour of trying to figure out what was wrong, I decided to call it a night and planned on getting back to it in the am. Imagine my surprise when the next morning the soundbar and subwoofer worked normally just as they should. There is no rhyme or reason for it. All I know is that the first unit didn't work and the second unit also didn't initially work. To me, it screams a QC issue at the least. I replaced another brand of sound bar with this one for a larger and better sound. I never had any real issues with the cheaper brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my sound bar for about a year now and I believe that I have spent more time trying to get it to work properly than it actually working properly. I love Klipsch speakers but this new sound bar is more of a headache. I am on my second unit and now I can’t get it to stop cracking while playing normal audio. I don’t recommend this to anyone.
Initial setup was pretty easy especially with the subwoofer pairing with the sound bar, but had a little trouble figuring the correct plugins for the htlm wire. I love the base, and all other sounds do come in crisp as they should be.
The sound is good and well balanced with the sub. I do like the phone app. My main issue with this is the bluetooth. It stinks. I can't keep it connected to my phone and when I do connect it and change songs, it completely loses the connection. When I try to fix it in the app, the app freezes. Also, it is supposed to connect to Alexa but doesn't. I've gone through the steps and it simply doesn't work. It says it's connected and then when I ask Alexa to connect I get a beep and then.........nothing. At least it connects well to my TV. Connection issues in 2022 seem unacceptable.
