If you decide to purchase you will quickly find out why it isnt a highly rated sound bar, it doesnt get loud at all and has constant connection issues. In the last month of ownership I have had to unplug and re-plugin cables multiple times in order to get it functioning again. Also if you are going to order, make sure you order from a store that allows free return shipping so you arent caught up with having to pay freight back when you realize it was not a smart purchase.

Make sure you use an HDMI 2.0a or higher cable. Please also make sure that you have the following TV settings adjusted properly: -If you have an eARC Capable TV, set HDMI e-ARC Mode to Auto. -Set Digital Output Format to Pass-Through (on some TVs and projectors, this is named Bitstream). -Set Dolby Atmos to Enabled. If the circle if filled in and blue, it is Enabled.
Great sound, really fills the room with a full sound…the bass is amazing! The subwoofer doesn’t always connect when turning tv and sound at on. This is a rare occurrence and very easy to reconnect, (just pat for the course with a wireless subwoofer. It does allow an option to plug directly into the sound bar if you’d like) I haven’t added the full surround speakers yet but will soon, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend adding this for a home theater
Sounds awesome for my little living room easy to set up, but it only worked for about a week. I put in a ticket with customer support hopefully they can help me out or swap it cause i love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good audio. Buggy programming

Audio quality is good. Sub is sufficient. 2 major drawbacks -Hardwired sub to the bar pops when power is turned on or off. Must run sub Bluetooth to avoid the pop. -Programming is not their strong suit, the app and the bar settings fight each other. Settings done with the remote on the bar don't always show up on the app. The power cycle option in the app does nothing. Turned it on to no sound a couple of times and I've had to physically unplug from the wall to get it to reset. I've been on the fence about returning it since I got it a few weeks ago. It's a hassle. I do not recommend buying this sound bar.
Disconnecting from Bluetooth constantly. Wont connet to the tv with an hdmi. When its working it sounds great....when its working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
