Cinema 800 not up to par with the Klipsch name!

Purchased this initially to improve Hisense Android TV sound for movies and music videos. I dislike everything about the Cinema 800. The sound from the soundbar isn't much better than the TV. It can get louder than the TV but louder is not always better. The user interface is terrible - very sluggish with long delays responding to volume changes so volume overshoots and undershoots. Can't power off soundbar with remote - have to use button on the soundbar. Unit does NOT work reliably or well with HDMI ARC from Hisense Android TV. Bass sounds muddy. Overall the Cinema 800 is poorly designed and not up to par with the Klipsch name. I contacted customer support to return it.

The sound compared to my previous setup is amazing. Especially watching movies! The only issue that we have is the remote is very sensitive and you have to press hard on the up/down volume button. Going to contact Klipsch and get a replacement. Will continue to support Klipsch as I have for over 40 years.
