Eh. First order. Sound bar came, corroded batteries (no big deal). Subwoofer wouldn’t work, took it apart, it was unplugged (no big deal). Then bluetooth wouldn’t stay connected for more then 30ish seconds. At this point I’m 4 hours deep trying to get this thing to work. Contacted Klipsch, said it was a defective unit. Issued a full refund. Ordered another, no issues at all works perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Loud. Too loud to play all the way up at work honestly.
Great sound that blends in to our family room. After years of piles of equipment and complicated controls. I decided to simplify the look but did not want to give up the sound. Decide to give this 800 system a try very pleased with the sound. Eliminating to remotes was a bonus as well. Great bass and usually sound bar disappeared
Sound quality is good, but soundbar will not connect to devices via Bluetooth. When hooked up to the (ARC) HDMI port, the soundbar has issues switching between HDMI devices. Also there is a static sound that comes through most of the time when first powered on. After turning off and on a few times, including the TV and other devices, it will work. Overall I am disappointed in this product from a company that I have had great experience with in the past for audio equipment. Will be returning this product immediately.

This sound bar and subwoofer sound so good that I bought the rear surrounds too. But, maybe once or twice a minute I get a momentary interruption where all sound goes away for a second or two. I have not been able to resolve this issue yet.
This sound bar is amazing. The sound quality is the best of any sound bar I have owned, including Bose. The bass is as good as I get out of my enormous DefTec BP9080’s floor speakers. High end is marvelous as well. Super easy to set up and use. Highly recommend!

It makes sense why this soundbar is on sale, because it don't work. Got my soundbar, hooked it up, called my family to watch a movie 10 minutes in couldn't control the volume, 45 min in soundbar shuts off and won't power back on. I gave the benefit of the doubt because of the name but this is very disappointing. Now I'm embarrassed and have to wait to Monday to get support. Shouldn't have never sold my receiver. Stock TV hurt my feelings

The unit was so far out of date with firmware and it wont turn on without unplugging it the plug it back in ..aufio cuts in and out
