Works well, minor noise issues

The product has worked well from the day installed (~45 days). Keeps beverages cold and set point is only about 1 degree off actual. Minor issue with some (quiet) odd noises which took getting used to. Would have loved slide out shelves.
Product has not worked since installation. Have had a technician by for repairs. Waiting on parts and a return service appointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The fridge had reviews I wished I had listened to. It is so loud and whines so badly that at times I think there’s a child whining outside our door! And other times it hums while it’s whining! We chose it only because it matched our other appliances, but also because GE Profile is supposed to be great! I would not purchase this again. High price and low quality!

Hi,
Oh no, we're so sorry that the fridge makes too much noise. Thank you for sharing your experience. It's important to us.
Modern refrigerators have new features and are more energy efficient than older ones. Please check out the articles in the links below for more information on sounds:
While I am just content with the wine fridge - the beverage fridge is great. The adjustable shelves give you a lot of flexibility in what you want to chill. I only wish you could change the door to left or right.
Makes A nice impression but it doesn’t really get cold enough

Hey there, thanks for reaching out to us. We're pleased to know your new beverage center is looking great, but we want to apologize it's not getting cold as you'd like. The normal temperature range of a wine or beverage cooler is between 34°F and 46°F. Please note that the temperature may fluctuate +/- 2F. If yours is above this, please message us on social media with your model/serial numbers so we can help troubleshoot this for you. With that said, we appreciate your honest feedback and we're happy to share this with our product team as well. Welcome to the GEA family!
Normally works ok but noisy at times. Fan is noisy after 3 weeks of use

Hey there, we're glad to know you're loving the looks and that your refrigerator is working well, but we did want to apologize that it can be noisier than expected at times. This is definitely something we're happy to share with our product team for them to look into as well.
With that said, we did want to mention that modern refrigerators have new features and are more energy efficient than older ones. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient however it is not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation.
Hard surfaces such as ceramic tile, vinyl or hard wood floors, walls and kitchen cabinets may make these operating sounds more noticeable. As a result, certain sounds may be unfamiliar on a new refrigerator at first. These sounds are normal and are usually an indication that the refrigerator is operating properly.
We're wishing you the very best and we appreciate you reaching out to us. Welcome to the GEA family.
