Nice lighting

The unit was a replacement to an older GE model. The new unit looks nice except I wish it wasn’t two-toned (silver/black) but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The lighting is great, soft, and I love the dimming function. The unit, however, is loud! Maybe we were spoiled with our last GE but this one is noticeable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very loud and makes weird noises. Have to remove a shelf to put water bottles in it

Extra Cooling Space Why Not!!!

Well I just installed this Beverage cooler recently I am towards the end of a full kitchen Remodel so I can't really give a full review but so far it looks really nice. Remodel almost complete

NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND DISSAPOINTMENT

Doors on both beverage and wine coolers need to be SLAMMED shut each time so the open door alarm will stop dinging. Dealer unable to fix; even with new door.
Now we discovered the back of the cooler totally iced up. Not noticing it, we turned off unit while out of town for 3 months. The interior was destroyed with black mold and our hardwood floors buckled.
Aside for all that, the shelves don't slide out easily and are not full extension. You cannot change the swing on the doors which kills the look of a side by side bev/wine cooler combo as a single unit. Keep that in mind.
I really tried hard to find an American made product that was reasonably priced. BOY DID WE PAY FOR THAT MISTAKE!!!!!
I'm a kitchen and bath designer so I'll be warning all my clients.

If you need to clean or remove mildew or mold from the interior or gasket of your refrigerator, freezer or standalone icemaker, wipe with a mixture of 1 quart warm water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Rinse the gasket thoroughly and wipe dry with a clean cloth. This both cleans the gasket and neutralizes odors.

Holds more than you think

We have only had it a short time but already love the capacity it has. It’s not full yet but holds as many wine bottles and beverage cans as we need. Love that we control the light!

Questionable feature

The drawers do not pull out easily as they did on my previous wine refrigerator. In fact, when my wife tried to pull it out, the bottle of wine almost tilted off and fell off. The refrigerator works fine otherwise
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
